Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Refunds via Paddle

Payment processing is handled by our partner Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record. Refunds are processed through Paddle.

To request a refund, please contact us at [support@kalonis.de]. We will initiate the refund via Paddle. The amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For contracts concerning the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and their acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Voluntary Money-Back Guarantee

Independent of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days after purchase, we will refund the full amount — no questions asked. Simply contact us at [support@kalonis.de].
